We are extremely delighted to use this portion of our website to thank everyone that has taken a part in our wedding and other related events. All the prayers, phone calls, words of encouragement, helping hands, and gifts are very much appreciated. We acknowledge that our wedding day was made extra special because of what you did for us. For those of you that were able to attend the wedding, we thank you for traveling, near or far, to witness this God-ordained union. All of you remain in our hearts and in our prayers. As we go on to begin our lives together as a family, we hope to keep you updated on our various life events. May our good Lord Bless you abundantly for all your giving.

Although we would like to list names and give public thanks to every person that went the extra mile for us as many of you did, the list would go on and on, and we would hate to leave even one name out. So, we just want to say that we hope you know that you are greatly appreciated, and that your giving hearts are not forgotten.

We do have just a few Specials Thanks to our immediate family members, and to our Bridal Party that we would like to share at this time:

Shirley Collins (Mother of the Bride):
Mom (Collins), thank you, first of all, for your excitement, dedication, and great ideas during the entire course of our relationship. Secondly, we greatly appreciate your significant financial contribution towards our wedding. Among a long list of things to thank you for, we’d like to show appreciation for throwing an awesome Bridal Shower, flying out for the engagement proposal, the gift of the unique wedding stamps, and endless wedding supplies. We do not take your support lightly, and we are so very happy to have you as a Mother and Mother-in-Law.

Tony & Nancy Abanyie (Parents of the Groom):
Thank you so much for the years of support, encouragement and preparation leading up to this point. We appreciate the words of wisdom you shared with us the day we announced to you that we were exclusively dating. Among a list of other things we want to thank you for, we would like to show our appreciation for your generous monetary gift. The ‘Day 2’ wedding celebration party at your house was a true blessing to us. Thank you for going out of your way to do that as well. It is rare that a couple is so well received by an entire family. But, you have shown us nothing but love and open arms.

Mike, Fran, and Will (Vince’s Siblings):
Thank you for the surprise Honeymoon Spa Day gift. Will, you are a budding star in your field and we thank you for the excellent job you did on our reception video. You worked tirelessly and without complaint on something that really meant a lot to our day. We owe you one little bro!
Fran, we want to thank you for your time. You made yourself available to go to the final dress fitting, you stayed up late working on the assembly of the dinner menus, and you were the last to leave at the reception, taking all of our left over food back home for us. You are a great sister and we greatly appreciate you. Mike, we have to give you props on your son’s Gentleman skills! It was an honor to have you as a part of our bridal party, as well as incorporating three of your sons to help make our ceremony a true family affair. Thanks to you and your wife, Khia, for setting up our Honeymoon suite the day of the wedding. You guys went the extra mile to do that for us, and we loved it.

Kim Collins (Latrice’s Sister):
Kim, you get a A+ for Maid of Honor. You have been an encouraging voice and a voice of reason since the beginning. With no complaints, you took on every bridal request with a willing attitude. For every ribbon that you tied on our invitations, thank you. For trips to Michael’s, bridal shops and staying up late to work assembly lines, thank you. And, many thanks for co-hosting of not one, but two Bridal showers! We love you, and we’ll always be here for you.

To Our Entire Bridal Party:
Great friends, good vibes, no drama, what more could we ask for? You guys came with cheerful and cooperative attitudes. It is rare to have such a strong support system of men and women that truly have your best interest at heart. You will all be remembered for playing such an important role in our wedding.
